On the 3rd floor of a typical Parisian building, this apartment is just a few steps from the city’s iconic attractions. This 50 m² apartment comprises :

• a bright living room with double sofa bed and dining area,
• a modern, open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
• a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and access to a balcony with a small table,
• a bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
• bathroom with walk-in shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
• TV and Wifi. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
