The space

This bright and spacious rooftop flat offers a sumptuous space, ensuring an unforgettable stay in the heart of the City of Light. Every corner of this flat is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Enjoy the vast 77 square meter furnished terrace, offering panoramic views of the iconic monuments of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower. This quiet 124 square meter flat, located on the 6ᵉ and top floor with lift, is composed of:
– a furnished terrace with panoramic views,
– a beautiful, bright living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two people,
– a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
– one bedroom with double bed (160 × 200 cm),
– bathroom with bath,
– hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, books,
– TV, WiFi.

Please note that for stays of more than 3 nights, the caretaker will water the plants on the terrace every 3 days.

The neighborhood

Nestled in a lively neighbourhood, the flat is surrounded by boutiques, cafés, restaurants and shops. What’s more, you’re close to the Place de la Nation, offering easy access to all the Olympic venues and the city’s main attractions. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, you can explore the famous Père-Lachaise Cemetery (8 minutes’ walk) where many celebrities are buried, the village of Charonne (9 minutes’ walk), or a little further afield the Bois de Vincennes (30 minutes by public transport or 13 minutes by car) and its château and the Paris countryside (17 minutes by public transport or 15 minutes by car). For tasty local produce, take a trip to Octave grocery shop (23 minutes by public transport or 17 by car).
