Located on the top floor of a quiet condominium, this bright flat offers a peaceful, authentic atmosphere in the heart of the City of Light.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony, equipped with a table and chairs, where you can savour your meals al fresco. The flat, overlooking an inner courtyard, guarantees you peace and quiet and allows you to cut yourself off from the noise of the city.

Located on the 6ᵉ floor without lift, the flat consists of:
-a spacious living room opening onto the balcony,
-a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)
-bedroom with double bed and work desk,
-bathroom with bath,
– Hoover, hairdryer, ironing facilities,
– TV, Wi-Fi and DVD player.

→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo.
→ Noise disturbance beyond 10pm is prohibited.

Just 5 metro stops from Denfert-Rochereau, you have direct access to Roissy and Orly airports, while Gare Montparnasse is a 20-minute walk away. For art lovers, the charming Musée Bourdelle is just a 10-minute walk away. You’ll be in the perfect location to visit iconic sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Musée d’Orsay, Louvre and many more!
