Nestled in the coastal town of Capbreton, this magnificent 130 m² villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Arranged on two levels, it includes :

• a vast 600m² exterior featuring a dining area, relaxation areas with sofas and deckchairs around the private heated pool, a Jacuzzi and a barbecue,
• private parking,
• a large, bright living room with fireplace and access to the terraces,
• a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a master suite with king-size bed (200cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower and WC),
• two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm),
• bathroom with bath/shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan,
• TV, satellite or cable, stereo system and WiFi.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

Free cancellation up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 14 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
