Nous vous proposons la Bastida (maison campagnarde en occitan), vaste bâtisse gasconne en pierre située au milieu des champs et des bois, construite en site propre avec chemin privatif et logée dans un écrin de verdure de plus de 6000 m², offrant à la fois des espaces ombragés sous les robiniers et ensoleillés autour de la piscine (au sel) ou dans le verger, le tout bénéficiant d’un environnement calme et arboré.
Grâce à son implantation idéale, aucun voisin n’a de vue directe sur votre lieu de vacances !

Natural stone house, built on its own site with private path and garden of more than 6000 m², just for you in a quiet and wooded environment, in the heart of Lomagne Gers Oise. No face to face, your only immediate neighbors: the birds and, sometimes, a couple of deer!

The accommodation offers a living area of ​​225 m², divided into two wings on 2 levels. It includes a large living room of 40 m², an independent kitchen, four large bedrooms, a bathroom with separate shower, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine; it can accommodate 8 for 9 people (double bed 160 x 190 | double bed 160 x 190 | 2 single beds 90 x 200 | 2 bunk beds 90 x 200 + 1 single bed 90 x 190). A travel cot can be made available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher , thermal oven and microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, Senseo and Nespresso coffee makers, landline telephone, etc.; it adjoins a shaded terrace where you can have an aperitif and enjoy meals or a grill on the barbecue . In the living room, you will find a flat-screen television connected by satellite (French channels), a landline telephone and unlimited internet
access via wifi. Next to the house, a

swimming pool of 40 m², of variable depth and protected by alarm, is reserved for you (open from June to September).

Several shaded private parking spaces can easily accommodate 3 to 4 cars.

La Bastida, although located in the countryside, is only 10 minutes from Lectoure, a lively tourist town in the summer season, offering a modern Intermarché, doctors, pharmacies, banks, post office, restaurants and various shops as well as a very nice market on Friday.

Important notes:
• The premises are strictly non-smoking.
• Pets are welcome but, although far from any road, the land is not fenced.
• The accommodation is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
• Rental is weekly (7 nights), from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. (exceptions possible in low, mid and high seasons).
• The rent includes sheets, cleaning and tourist tax. Towels (toilet and pool ) are not provided.
• We guarantee full reimbursement of the deposit paid if government regulatory provisions linked to Covid-19 make the stay impossible.
• In low season, firewood is made available to make beautiful fires in the inserts.
• By legal obligation, the rental is the subject of a seasonal rental contract.
