Located in a private, pedestrian cul-de-sac (secure access gate), you’ll be living in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood within easy reach of central Paris. This modern, bright 104 m² house is located in a quiet area of Seine-Saint-Denis, ideal for up to 4 people. Arranged over two floors, this rental includes:

What’s more, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the famous Puces de St Ouen, the world’s largest antiques market, where you can discover unique treasures and enjoy delicious meals in the many nearby restaurants.
The house’s location is ideal for enjoying the Olympic Games this summer. With ideal public transport links, you can easily get to the Stade de France as quickly as to the Louvre and the Quais de Seine. Metro lines 13 and 14 and numerous buses are at your disposal to take you wherever you need to go.
Thanks to its proximity to major metro and train stations, the apartment is within easy reach of Paris’ main points of interest. Saint Lazare is just 10 minutes away, Châtelet 20 minutes, the Champs Élysées 15 minutes, the Louvre 20 minutes, the Opera 15 minutes and the Stade de France 15 minutes.
