The spacious house is nestled in a cobbled courtyard in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, and features a tranquil garden with terrace. Every room offers a breathtaking view, inviting you to savor moments of tranquility in the heart of Paris.

With its 120m², the apartment comprises :
– a bright living space with a comfortable lounge and dining area,
– a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
– a 50m² garden, with a wooden dining terrace,
– a bright first bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and private bathroom with shower,
– a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm),
– three further bedrooms, each with a single bed and a study area,
– a second bathroom with bathtub,
– two separate WCs,
– vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
– high chair, toys, games for all ages, children’s books, books,
– central heating, solarium,
– Wifi and stereo system.
