Bienvenue dans ce gîte incroyable et insolite, vous allez être surpris, émerveillés et ravis de votre séjour ! Plus de 150m² entièrement rénovés et décorés avec gout, espaces indépendants pour une plus grande intimité, double salon dont un autour d’un ancien pressoir, 5 chambres à thèmes, avec TV, toutes plus surprenantes les unes que les autres, 2 cuisines toutes équipées, 2 salles de douche et 3 wc indépendants. Système audio JBL, jardin, parking, buanderie… le tout à 1.7km du Zoo!
Le logement
Le gîte est un ancien pressoir des années 1930, rénové en 2023. Les matériaux d’origine ont été conservés comme les tomettes, le travertin, les carreaux de ciment…la rénovation apporte tout le confort 4 étoiles que nous aimons tous !
Le rez-de-chaussée offre une belle entrée avec wc, une cuisine toute équipée, un 1er salon avec cheminée décorative. De là, vous avez accès vers le pressoir, une pièce magnifique en tomettes, avec un coin cuisine/bar, deuxième salon tv.
L’étage est accessible par l’entrée mais aussi par le pressoir avec son superbe escalier hélicoïdal.
Vous découvrirez 5 chambres à thèmes :
-> une chambre Marocaine avec lit 140, décoration typique, plafond type tataoui, tv, climatisation etc..
-> une chambre Chinoise avec lit 140, claustra traditionnel,, possibilité lit d’appoint pour enfant ou lit bébé, tv, climatisation etc…
-> une chambre Coloniale avec lit queen size 160, une ambiance chaleureuse, lit à baldaquin, tv, climatisation etc…
-> une chambre Tropicale composée de lits jumeaux, décoration et bois plantes, pleins de petits secrets à découvrir, tv, climatisation, jeux enfants etc…
-> une chambre Bohème avec lit queen size 160, tv, climatisation, décoration nature, sobre
A l’extérieur, espace buanderie avec barbecue, terrasses et jardin, parking 4 voitures.

Alexandre’s house is a real gem, a cosy haven where we felt at home straight away. The décor, the cleanliness and the layout of the spaces played a big part in this, as did Alexandre’s welcome, which was particularly warm and attentive.
The cottage is ideally located 5 minutes from the zoo, with shops nearby.
Family holiday for 10 + 1 baby – we made some wonderful memories over the weekend. -
We spent a few days with friends in the house offered by Alexandre. The house is really lovely, perfectly equipped with very comfortable bedding and in a perfect location. Alexandre is a very responsive and accommodating host. Our stay was perfect.

Alexandre is a very welcoming host, always responsive and attentive. The services and the quality of the accommodation are exceptional. Ideally located near the zoo, this accommodation fully met our expectations. A big thank you to Alexandre; everything was really perfect!

We had a great time at this cottage. We were 10 adults and 3 children, and the house was perfectly suited to our group. The themed rooms are beautiful, very spacious and tastefully decorated. The whole house is very nice and offers plenty of space, which made our stay particularly enjoyable.
It went very well from start to finish. A big thank you also to the person who welcomed us, who was extremely pleasant, available, and very kind.
We would recommend this cottage without hesitation and would be happy to come back! -
We spent a weekend at Alexandre’s place as part of a stay at Beauval Zoo, the proximity of which is a plus. We had good communication with Alexandre, who is responsive. The accommodation is very well equipped and has excellent decoration that everyone loved.
