The space

This 65 m² two-room apartment, located on the 5th floor with elevator, is composed of:
– a beautiful spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people,
– a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
– a bedroom with a single bed, for a child,
– a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
– a bathroom with bathtub,
– a separate toilet,

The neighborhood

By staying in the 9th arrondissement, you will be in the heart of one of the liveliest districts of the capital. Many designer boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafes, entertainment, etc. will be within walking distance. You can also stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin, one of Parisians’ favorite places, particularly on sunny days, or reach the Marais, the Montorgueil district, Montmartre or even Notre-Dame on foot. It will only take you a metro ride to discover the historic center of Paris, the Père-Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, but also the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the greatest monuments that make up of Paris the most beautiful city in the world.
