The villa is nearly 300 square meters of living space, not counting the numerous terraces and parking. The land is 4080 m2, 3/4 of which is covered with grass and vegetation typical of the “French Riviera”.
The house is located on the edge of a wood and a river. Calm and rest. The song of the birds will enchant you.
The bakery, tobacco, supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria and bank shops are 300 meters away. An equestrian center and several golf courses are less than 1km away. The beach is 15-20 minutes by car. Cannes 25 minutes, Nice airport 35 min.
Bicycles are available in the house, however it is better to have a car for your trips because the buses only pass once an hour.
